this poor baby was found with a black and white collar along with a prong collar that was tight, we cut it off of her. she’s malnourished so she’s been gone for awhile. i hope to find this baby her and keep her safe💕

Norine Waugaman She was a police seizure from a very bad situation she was found in. She was nearly starved to death when she was seized. The group that took her in have vetted her & been feeding her slowly to put weight back on her. She has also been receiving training from a dog trainer...I'm assuming the trainer was using the prong collar. This poor dog was on deaths door. She was fortunately found in time & saved. It will take time for her to gain weight. She is scheduled to be spayed. She will then be ready for her forever home.
