Drones are a great resource. Put flyers around your town. Give flyers to your post office and ask to share them with your carriers. Contact animal control, all dog rescues in your area. Act fast when your dog goes missing. Search your immediate area and local neighborhood right away. Contact local animal control, nearby shelters, and your microchip company immediately. Put out worn clothes or a dog bed with familiar scents to help guide them back.Immediate Search ActionsCheck hiding spots: Look under porches, inside garages, behind bushes, and in sheds.Stay calm and quiet: Avoid loud panicking or chasing if you spot your dog, as fear makes them run further.Use familiar sounds: Shake a treat bag, squeak a toy, or speak in a soft, steady voice.Leave a scent station: Set out unwashed clothing and food with a strong smell like rotisserie chicken near where they were last seen.Spreading the WordContact local agencies: File a report with local animal control and visit nearby shelters in person every day.Use online tools: Post details and photos on Petco Love Lost and local lost pet groups on social media.Make flyers: Put up bright, clear posters with your phone number and a recent photo at major nearby intersections.❤️🙏

So sad but I don’t understand why I see lost dogs posted every day. I know accidents happen. I don’t open door until I pick my dog up so he can’t sneak through plus we have fenced in yard , no holes that he can’t sneak through escape. Hopefully you will get your dog back and she’s probably scared and confused. I just don’t understand I saw about 5 dogs on facebook lost today, I don’t get it
