Savannah Jo I agree, this looks like your sister’s cat in the picture. A new comment on this post said the cat was seen running between the Safeway parking lot on 29th and the bank across the street.

Whoever has this cat. Question. We had 2 of our cats slip through a screen we were unaware was torn in the corner.one of them looks like this. Does this cat answer to Runtz? And does he like to chill in the bathroom sink? If so i believe it may be my familys cat. Again a longshot but possible. This is a pic of him.
