Microchipped?? It’s Free at any vet’s office or a Petsmart to have it scanned for a microchip. Have you picked it up to be safe?? It’s too little to stay out on its own.. Even taking to the shelter there is better than leaving it out on its own. That. Can only end badly

please dont give to the first person that claims or wants... ask for proof... did u take to any vet or petsmast to scan for chip, which id bet hes not.... since hes still got all his parts....
