Please share! Found this sweet senior gal this morning at our campsite while staying at Holiday Park at Benbrook Lake (Pearl Street and 377). While checking out, we told the park gate attendant about her because she was staying at our site, #1. She may have escaped during last night’s storms. Looked around for missing dog signs to no avail. She drank 2 bowls of water but wasn’t interested in any food. She’s extremely sweet. She walks with her back arched up and shuffling of back feet. Could be from age or an injury. She cannot stand for long. We checked out about 2:45 pm and she was laying in the shade. Wish we could have helped her more. Gate attendant said the rangers have been notified. I’m hoping her owner is able to get her.
