Found Female German Shepherd / Belgian Malinois mix. She is microchipped by LA Animal Services but the shelter is unable to release the owner's details to me. She keeps showing up at my property in South Los Angeles. I am actively looking for her legal adoptive owners so she can be safely returned home.
