This cat was shy for maybe 3 days. I feed it, with another resident stray, twice a day. On day 4 it came out of the bushes and rubbed on my arm. Definitely not feral. Very thin, but we are working on that. I can't bring it in due to maximum pets limit, but it has learned it is safe and feed. So the kitty doesn't roam far.
