This poor pup is in the Hesperia Animal Shelter. #A127245 The condition this pup is in, means he has been wandering lost for quite a while, I am guessing, maybe a month. Someone’s pup is underneath his horrible condition. I am sure he is suffering. Please share this post to find his owner.
