Please bring him inside,he has a collar,check to see if it has an ID with contract number. Take him to any veterinary clinic or PetSmart Petco and they'll scan him for a microchip at no charge,call first in case you have to schedule a time. A found cat doesn't need to be taken to the shelter,so don't,he lives nearby,cats don't go far from their home.
