My dog is missing he is elderly and blind, he was rescued from an abusive owner 10 years ago, he was burnt on the arm it is almost shaped like a heart, and his neck has old burn scars, his tail is slightly crooked. He needs close care. Please help!! Left with my other mixed chihuahua she is blonde long hair, she is also elderly and has arthritis she is in lots of pain when she walks and I believe she is going deaf so she cant hear well, my phone number is
