This is Lucy. She’s been there for a long time. Anima control is aware as is most of the community. Special Trap team even came in with no success. She is fat from being thrown all types of food during rush hour traffic and night time Drivers. If you go to lost and found pets group on face book you can look up her name has see months worth of sightings and history.
