My Neighbor was constantly videotaping me about my cats, in constantly creating havoc. She started feeding them, and made a big deal when I asked her to stop feeding them because I knew she was trying to gain their trust for a . The next week they went missing, the only day I let them out. I believe My Neighbor disposed of them in a different side of town. Please help me find my baby. Police have been contacted as it was reported that we felt like she might do something before this even happened
