Thank you for your kindness in rescuing this little fella and trying to help him and caring for him. I hope you will be extremely careful in turning him over to someone claiming ownership. This is one of the ways that cruel and malicious dogfighters obtain little innocent dogs for their cruel and illegal operations. Require absolute proof of their ownership and one of the best things to require is s few of his vet records. Upon obtaining those you should call the vets office and tell them what you need and why. Bless you for caring for this little dog which is probably scared and confused as to why he isn’t with his family. But he also doesn’t need to be returned to a cruel and unloving home.
