Message from Owner

Mouse left the tent we sleep in before I woke up this morning somehow and I’ve been looking ever since for her. She’s almost 16 years old. He has a cataract when I so she doesn’t see well. She runs into things and flinches at anything that gets in her eyesight. She can’t even step up a tall curb or she gets stuck behind a small branch cause she’s afraid to go around it or doesn’t know how there’s fields and what area behind me that I have not found her in yet so I’m hoping that she wandered off towards a busier area and somebody’s picked her up and has taken care of her till she can find me. I’ve been her only constant for almost 16 years. She needs me just as much as I need her. I know she’s scared without me. She tires easily and could have just laid down and went to sleep. I just need her back with me. Please call if you find her at

I’m just scared that she’s scared or in pain somewhere. She can’t see well from the cataract and walks into things and if she walked into the wooded area or fields that are right behind where I’m staying then I may not see her or hear her. She doesn’t whine or cry or anything and I’ve listened for her cough cause she does that a lot when she’s awake but I can’t hear it

Please be sure this is all protected from the elements. Scent is crucial when pets are lost🙏🐾 Please check nearby parks, playgrounds, wooded areas/creeks. ***Lost pets use their sense of smell the most when lost*** Please be sure to post as lost on the IndyLostPetAlert.com NextDoor app or their website Neighbors RING app & 24petconnect.com Be sure to check with Indy Humane on : Located on: 24petconnect. com to see if they have been picked up by Marion Co animal control. Pleased use this link to request animal control on this link 24/7 in Marion co. This link will go directly to an animal control officer https://request.indy.gov/citizen/s/ If you leave food & water out in one location and let them eat, they may start to trust the person feeding to allow help. Stay at a distance and gently toss high value meat / smelly treats to him/her gently, and let them come to you. They may eventually allow you to help Thank you for caring and reporting the sighting 💕
