Description
Black dachshund mix, fat, sweet disposition and very friendly. Found on street, wife saw maroon SUV he was in with an open trunk accelerate onto Red Bluff from Lakeside Dr and the pet carrier fell out. Vehicle was already on its way and didnt notice or stop. Carrier has "Leo" in duct tape on top, and had a small girl's dress as bedding inside. We checked at Petco and Leo is not chipped.
