The cat has a collar with tags. The device looks like the one I have on grandmas cat that is a shock collar to keep him away from doors. May be a tracking device but I don’t think it is. The cat was wandering the neighborhood in the retractable greenbrier which is a 55+ community

Please post on the lost and found pets of hampton rds site where people post found and lost pets in case owner is looking for their cat. Put city and cross streets where he was found and if you can get a clearer picture. The box around his neck is a tracking GPS collar. Which means he is close to his home and will go back. Usually it tracks up to 300 yards so don't take him out of his area or the owner won't be able to track him.
