If she's registered as a service animal she is registered to a person. Wouldn't that mean she is the property of the registered owner? Maybe that would pull some weight.

Marilyn McCauley we tried multiple times and they keep giving us the run around. Saying that while they acknowledged the dog was her property before the marriage, once they became married it is a civil issue, saying they can’t help her and she has to take him to court
