I am so sorry about your Pup being lost. Put the Owner's worn clothes outside all around the house. This has helped to bring many Pups Home. I also read if you put out hamburger with Liquid Smoke (A seasoning liquid in the mayo isle) that helps—don’t leave out over night or it may draw predators. Put out flyers and put the info on your car windows so that it gets the info out to more people. Put readable flyers on neon colored poster board at intersections, or where the Pup has been seen. Knock on doors. Someone may have taken your Pup in so she/he didn't get hurt. Ask your Neighbors to check their sheds, storage buildings, etc. The Pup may have gone in and the door was shut without the person knowing the Pup was in there. This happens often. Use multiple actions to find your Pet...using only one may limit your success in getting your Pup Home. Look inside over and over. Shake treats. Open food cans if you use canned food. - Any sound that the Pup may come to. They are very good at hiding so she may have never left the house. Check with delivery people (mail, Amazon, Fed Ex, UPS, etc.) to see if they have seen your Pet. I will be Praying for your Pup to be found. Check with local shelters. Also, put on your Neighborhood e-page if available. Do be careful of scammers. Some people call or text and say they have your Pet just to get money. Pitiful!!

From the experts (this is copy & paste): IMMEDIATELY CHECK ALL SMALL SPACES!! Under houses, in sheds, in culverts, wells, every small space! Check in closets, under beds, behind dressers, in outbuildings. Go to the shelter IN PERSON, at least every other day. They are required to hold strays for only 3 days if there is no chip. IMMEDIATELY cut several smelly socks into strips and hang everywhere outside. Lost dog experts also highly recommend putting the dog's bedding outside. Create flyers, give to the mailperson, sanitation workers, vets, shelters, pin to bulletin boards at groc stores, tape to bus stops, etc. Also, highly recommend posting to as many lost pet sites as possible. Post to NEXTDOOR.COM & CRAIGSLIST.COM - many reunited in these free sites. Obtain a 'Live Trap', place near where missing, but away from roads, and in shade. Put smelly dog bedding or owner's smelly socks inside, & put water to drink. Lost dog trackers highly recommend grilling bacon outdoors! They also recommend spreading Liquid Smoke around the house.
