Take his/her litter box and put it outside your front door. Also put some stinky food out like tuna. Additionally, at Dawn and dusk go outside and call Cesar. That is when the cats usually seek food. And most importantly, go outside with a flashlight and shine it in the bushes around your house. You will see the cats eyes reflect in the flashlight. Keep calling him. Good luck, finding your fur baby!
