Post on NextDoor and Ring, hang bilingual flyers, and put out articles of unwashed clothing and the pet’s bed. Ask neighbors to check their Ring cameras, garages, and sheds. Check shelters in person. If not already done, have your pet microchipped as soon as you’re reunited. If someone posts “We found” and asks for your phone number, don’t respond; it’s a scam. Same if they want to send you a code. If an indoor/outdoor cat, keep inside when you’re reunited

Shared. Please put your cat’s carrier/empty box outside with some of your worn clothing inside also something with your cats sent.Your kitty will be able to smell their way back home. Put a trail of cat nip outside from where cat got out. Leave your garage and lanai doors open enough for your cat to get back inside. Kindly ask your neighbors to check their garages, sheds or any other outdoor hiding place to ensure your cat isn’t trapped. Also check under bushes and cars, up in trees, in and under sheds and in and around ditches and drainage pipes. If cat eats dry food put some in dish cover and walk around outside shaking the dish or cats treats can be used or hold a open can of wet food or open can of tuna.

Post on Nextdoor.com, ring.com and in Lost Pets of Broward, Dade and Palm Beach Counties and Lost and Found PETS of SE Florida - Broward, Dade & Palm Beach County's. Contact Broward County Animal Care and Adoption and your local Police Department's Animal Services and report him lost and post fliers in your neighborhood on all major intersections, supermarkets, pet stores and veterinary offices. Let all your neighbors know he's missing and ask them to check their garages and sheds. Cats often hide during the day. At dusk and dawn walk around the neighborhood, shake a container with treats and call his name. Take a flashlight and look in bushes and hiding places. If possible, leave a door, window or the garage door cracked in case he comes back during the night. I hope you find him soon! https://www.broward.org/Animal/Pages/LostAndFound.aspx
