Not necessarily, people aren't super good with spay and neuter, the shelters are filled because of that. It really annoys me, amcan afford an iPhone but not spay and neuter or vet visits.

Tyler Johnson i am not a dude and she is not a stray. She is liter box trained. She may have been abandoned but it's my duty as a pet owner to try to find her owner before I find a shelter for her and her babies.

Jess D. Mushaney this is a stray my dude I doubt you are going to find an owner. If you don't find a place for them and the mother stays around and you need to adopt out the kittens when ready I am looking for a boy tuxedo.

Jess D. Mushaney ~ oh I just read this this response… 🐈‍⬛🥰🙌. Thank you so so much for bringing mom and her crew inside! You rock!!! Thank you so much. It’s highly unlikely the kitty has an owner. We unfortunately have thousands of community cats ~ people who abandon their cats when they move ~ dump kitties ~ it’s heartbreaking. Thank you so much for being a kind human and helping that mom and litter. If you’re up for completing surrender forms to cat rescues now… they may have availability when the kittens are old enough to be weaned along with mom. Oregon humane society ~ Salem friends of felines are the two largest. Silverton cat rescue ~ meow village ~ Keitha’s kitties ~ Hazel’s House… are all cat rescues. A rescue will alter them ~ vaccinate ~ flea treat ~ worm and screen for appropriate adoptive homes.
