Post on NextDoor and neighbors.ring, hang bilingual flyers, and put out articles of unwashed clothing and the pet’s bed. Ask neighbors to check their Ring cameras, garages, and sheds. Check shelters in person. If not already done, have your pet microchipped as soon as you’re reunited. If already chipped, call the microchip company to report pet lost and make sure your contact information is correct. Report lost on 24petconnect. If he’s an indoor/outdoor cat, keep him inside when he gets home. If someone posts “We found” and asks for your phone number, don’t respond; it’s a scam. Same if they want to send you a code. Beware of sites people recommend that find lost pets; many are scammers

With that being said, indoor kitties, generally are afraid when they get outside and they do hide in the very smallest of places he could also be trapped or stuck somewhere. Please get out and physically search for him. Look in any tiny place that he could be also ask your neighbors to check their garages they’re screened in patios, their sheds, etc. he may not come out on his own. You may have to find him and get him out. Also, I would put some flyers up in the neighborhood.
