I found this poor guy walking on Marshall Road in Upper Darby at around 3:50pm, March 10th. I took him to the vet to scan but he is not chipped. He’s safe at with me now but I’d love to find his owner or a rescue that can help this older dog who may have some medical needs.

DELCO DAWGS is supporting and looking for a foster. We’re calling him Marshall. He stayed at the vet overnight for treatment for many eye, skin, nail and other chronic issues. He was in good spirits despite his state.

Please file a found dog report with local police and shelters! Post on ring app. If anyone claims to be owner, get proof of ownership including photos and vet records for this dog! Confirm all proof! Reach out to Tiny Paws Rescue if you can’t hold pup or if rightful owner not found.
