“Has collar, but no tags” when will that NOT be the most common situation In Lynchburg and probably nationwide? Why in the world can people not put a tag on their dogs collar? It’s mind blowing to me. He would already be home back on his couch with his family if he just had a little tag with a phone number on it. It’s not that hard. He’s very lucky a kind person showed him compassion and is letting him hang out until his family found.

He is very well behaved and slept thru the night without being anxious. I’ll check with the humane society and to see if he has been chipped today.
