please make sure it has a collar and a leash or a weed contain it and take it to any animal vet hospital they are the only ones open now the rest closed at 2 o’clock so either today tonight or tomorrow take it to any animal vet hospital. They will microchip scan it for free.!!!! please give this baby food water a safe place. It looks very, very tired and very very hot. Thank you for being kind.🙏🐾🙏🐾
