🐾 Lost Cat Search Tips
• Go out late at night and early in the morning with a flashlight. Call your cat’s name, then pause and listen carefully. If you don’t hear anything, keep moving slowly through the area.
• Check hiding spots nearby, including:
• Garages
• Window wells
• Under cars
• Bushes and shrubs
• Decks and porches
• Talk to your neighbors and ask them to check their properties, sheds, and garages.
• Place dirty laundry or familiar-smelling items outside your home to help your cat find their way back.
• Contact your cat’s microchip company and report them as lost.
• Check local animal shelters frequently—visit in person if possible.
• Post on:
• Facebook lost & found pet groups
• PawBoost
• Create flyers and posters with a clear photo and your contact info. Hand them out and place them in visible areas.
• ⚠️ Do NOT put out a litter box, as it can attract other animals and may discourage your cat from returning.Read More
We were just scammed by a horrible human named Jennifer Nicole Clark who claimed she had our cat and was to meet us near our home to pick him up. She even provided picture that looked very much like him. Upon waiting to meet her, she sent an email stating she needed $110 for things she had provided for him, a crate, toys etc. At this point , I realized this might be a scam. My daughter was able to get pictures of her license plate so we can report her the police! Please be aware of this scam.Read More
