Had a cat like this last year come around. Brought it to the vet and it was chipped, then owners had to come get it at the vet. I wish people would not let their cats out. I mean u can tell when they are a TNR, (trap, neuter, release) when ear is clipped. But it is sad, they sometimes get lost and wonder too far. Then people start feeding them, and they come back. Accidents happen, but keep your pets in!
