MISSING for 4 weeks. LOST in East Stroudsburg, PA. Small, golden/buff dog. Very timid + fearful. Wears sky blue collar w/tags from ACCT Phila & Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society (PAWS). Microchipped. Neutered.

I think I saw him today running on music center rd not 100% he was at a distance, I stopped and tried calling for him to come but he payed no mind and continued to jet it in the opposite direction. This was around 11am today. Goodluck will keep and eye out and share.
