For 4 straight mornings I've seen a very similar dog at Lawrence Park in Sacramento. He's very shy and runs away when I try to approach him. No collar on sight. I will try to take a picture and send to you. I thought he might belong to someone in the area but it's been 4 mornings we see him at the park as we go for a walk.
