Exactly. Never hand any cat or dog over unless you have proof of ownership. There is some bad folks out there. These dumped. Stray or lost animals need protection please. 🙏🏻

Please notify local police and shelters and bring the dog to one of them. Either can scan for a chip. If anyone tries to claim ask for perfect ownership papers, and that exchange is best done at the police station. . Pls don’t give to anyone to hold.
