striped cat, small to medium in size, dark brown stripes on tan coloured fur. seems alert and healthy, scared when approached and ran further into the plants

We saw a smaller sized striped cat in the garden area in front of the palais des congrès, it seemed alert and well groomed/healthy, but ran further into the plants when slowly approached. The cat did not seem like a stray from that area (chinatown)

Open a Found Cat Report with the SPCA via spca..com His photo will then be posted on the SPCA site. If you have a secure carrier, try to bring him to a vet clinic to see if he has a microchip. There is no fee for this service. If not possible, try putting a wide elastic around his neck and roll a note onto it asking the owner to contact you.
