Julie Keating share the owners phone number or at least report them to the human society! This is ridiculous. The owners are obviously not trying to find their dogs and need to be fined for their incompetence as a pet owner. I hope these owners don’t have children.

Update. Took the husky’s to the vet to check for micro chips. One has a chip. Owner not reachable. Phone goes to voice mail with no option to leave message. Both husky’s have run off before we were able to take them to animal Care and Control today.
