Black back white chest & front legs, tan hind legs , pointy ears. Might be a shepherd/terrier mix.

Beautiful dog looks well cared for has been roaming at the end of Highland Crest (Highland ests off of Borgfeld) at the new construction site. He or she won’t come near so I can’t tell if it’s a male or female. A neighbor saw it on Saturday the 15th, I saw it on Sunday a.m. & p.m. He/she wouldn’t come to me and ran off.
