I’m so sad to say our baby girl Nala is missing 💔 I have a newborn at and went to sleep last night thinking she was with my mom, but when we woke up this morning she was gone. We had groceries delivered around 7:30pm, so we think she may have slipped out then without us noticing. We’re on the west side of Santa Cruz and are desperately trying to bring her . Nala is a medium-sized Frenchie (about 20–25 lbs), triple merle, with one blue eye and one brown eye. If you’ve seen her or have any information at all, please please reach out 😭🙏🏼 Even just sharing this would mean everything ❤️

- Creating a dog scent station from a rescue who helps reunite pets. Take an unwashed article of THE OWNERS clothing.( Socks , Sheet, Underware & Hang it in a tree ,on a fence , a pole or edge of roof & put an article of unwashed clothes on ground below. The wind will carry the scent. If there is another dog in the home take that dog's fresh poop and rub it on a rag & hang it high . Open your gates. Your garage door , turn on all your lights. Put a rug or towel on porch with a bowl of water. Do not put the dog's bed or the dog's toys outside. The only scent we want is from the owners. Please do this ASAP. Rain or Shine.A dog can find its way back from miles by following a scent. They don't operate like humans on sight or sound. Also saturate the area with bright flyers.& file a lost report with your local shelters and check those in person in case your dog is there.
