I found this sweet dog this morning around the Lakewood/Cleveland area around 4:30am. I am getting ready to take her to the Animal Control office as that’s what the non-emergency line suggested. If you know this sweet baby, please reach out to me. I will not give out any further information- if you can tell me the dog’s name, gender, describe their collar, etc I will respond. I know this baby came from a sweet and would love to reunite them.
