UPDATE*** Was informed by a neighbor this cat was left behind by former neighbors. Some have tried to take him in but he does not want to stay in the hse. Another neighbor takes him in for regular shots and knowing he is neutered, he will just remain a regular fixture in the neighborhood. He is super friendly. And the neighbors have named him Lucky. Tuxedo, with white legs and paw, black covers eyes in square shape
