This has been one of the most heartbreaking and emotional situations we have ever experienced. These aren’t just cats to us they are family. Due to difficult family circumstances, we had to make the incredibly hard decision to rehome them. We made sure all three stayed together and even paid to ensure they went to a safe and loving home. The people who took them signed a contract agreeing that if anything ever changed, or if they could no longer care for them, they would contact the organisation so we could be notified and take them back. Our situation is now stable, and we only recently discovered that they have been missing since February. If we had known sooner, we would have acted immediately. We are absolutely devastated and fully prepared to bring our babies back home where they belong. Today, we were heartbroken to learn that one of them, who had been sitting in a shelter, was adopted out. This was never what we wanted we never wanted them going from home to home. We just want him back so he can be reunited with his brother, who we were reunited with last week. When we got his brother back, he recognised us straight away. It was incredible he settled in immediately, sleeping in our beds and not wanting to leave our side. That bond is still there, and it proves how much they are truly part of our family. All we want is to reunite the brothers and hopefully find their sister. Please understand, these are not just cats they are deeply loved members of our family.

Update: I have located Tcharla. Unfortunately, I was informed today that he was adopted earlier today. I am currently doing everything I can to have him returned so he can be reunited with his brother. I also want to share this as an important reminder — Tcharla was microchipped, but his details were never properly entered into the system. The vet has confirmed this was an error. Please, all pet owners, take the time to check your pet’s microchip and make sure your details are correctly registered and up to date. This situation could have been avoided.

Try going out at night when it’s quiet take a torch this will help reflect on there eyes if they are hiding, also take out some en or dry biscuits and call. Contact local and out of area vets & pounds leave lost details,see if anyone in your street has cctv cameras, ask neighbours to check their yards & garages, put up lost signs around area. Does anyone in your street have cctv cameras? If your pet is Microchipped, please make sure that your information is up to date, and your details have been attached to microchip number, especially if recently microchipped or adopted. So many microchips do not have updated information.
