Would you say this is the same cat? He comes to our front garden regularly (we are about a 15 min walk from Ness Rd), we posted about him on Tilly’s and the owner came forward after putting a Tilly’s collar on. He’s so friendly but not neutered and often is outside ours meowing and wanting company. Looking really skinny lately. When we first found him he was outside in the rain all night.
