check with the shelters please ask to see the intakes daily plus take aq picture to the local vet ..and ask the mailman for help

OWNER based on where this dog in pic was found it very well could be Blue. No pic though. He could be in medical....you need to check asap! Contact visitcacc@gmail.com with pics, proof of ownership and get an appt to go see this dog.
