I'm so sorry she is missing. Have you also posted on Nextdoor and checked all shelters? Posted fliers? Here's a website that provides tips to lure cats home. I hope she returns soon. Catsinthebag.org

I have recently learned an some important details about the litter box ... it can also attract animals that may scare a cat away ... why do cats bury their poop ? it is a sound theory it is to hide it from predatory animals ... if you live where there might be coyotes, for example ... If your cat is an outdoor or indoor/outdoor cat, it's scent is already outside ... however, if you want to place the litter box outside, don't placevit near any points of entry, doors or cat doors ... place it on the edge of the perimeter ... While it is most certainly true that animals have a far superior sense of smell, there is no proof it extends as far as a mile, more like a few hundred yards or feet ... you may want to try to leave a trail ... put some of the contents a hundred feet outside the perimeter ... if your cat is that close, it already knows where home is ... Flyers are so important and the phone number should be in HUGE FONT above the pic, not tiny font below, so the driver in a car can see and even take a pic of your flyer ... Laminate as many as you can afford to ... Your cat is hungry and will break cover in search of food ... any food it finds is going to be outside, with more or less the same vrisk of attracting other animals ... you can set up a feeding station away from the house, get field cameras to monitor ... you can also get a battery operated baby monitor to place near the station ... Go door to door ... ask neighbors to check garages and outbuildings, and remember a frightened cat hiding may not make a sound ... Post on Nextdoor as well ... Statistically, most cats are within 500 feet ... I know it feels like you're looking for a needle in a haystack, but your cat is also looking for you ... Don't give up
