A white dog with like black dirt around face and top of body, mixed with maybe German shepherd or husky looks like he’s shedding. all 4 paws dipped in what looks like mud.

Hey everyone I saw this dog he looked like he was on the streets for a little while now. The right back leg did looked injured since it was limping. I am not able to stop and see if the dog was nice or had any other issues but if anyone can help this poor dog it would be amazing!!!! This was on May 8th at 3:40. Cross streets are in the photo, S 17th St and E Sahara Ave. Didn’t go into traffic just sort of continued on the sidewalk.I was not able to go back since I am now out of town! Help find this dog and give him a better future!!
