🐶 FOUND PUPPY – SOUTH CHARLESTON 🐶 My manager found this sweet puppy near the South Moore apmts in South Charleston about 2 days ago. He was not wearing a collar, and we’re not sure if he’s microchipped. We believe he’s around 4–5 months old and under 10 pounds. He is very friendly and appears to be well cared for.
