THIS POOR DOG HAS NO LUCK 💔💔💔😢😢😢 This is a person who found the dog previously, and they have decided to rehome the dog. I have asked them to file a report on this website https://www.nycacc.org/ services/lost-and-found/ But they told me that the dog deserves a better home 🤬🤬🤬
