Pawly Treats And as far as posting on Neighbors app, there's a feature called Search Party, I don't know if it's available for cats yet, or if it matters if which animal it is posted. Ring's Search Party is an AI-powered feature in the Neighbors app that helps locate lost dogs by scanning neighboring Ring outdoor cameras. When a dog is reported missing, the system yzes recent footage from participating cameras to detect visual matches. It launched in late 2025 as an opt-in or default feature, allowing users to share clips voluntarily. Key Features and FunctionalityAI-Powered Search: When a user reports a lost dog and provides a photo, Search Party scans recent video recordings from nearby participating Ring cameras to identify potential matches.Automatic Scanning & Alerts: Participating cameras automatically scan footage, and if a similar pet is found, the camera owner receives an alert with the photo and video footage of the sighting.Opt-in Privacy: Users choose whether to participate and must manually approve sharing any detected video footage with the pet owner and other neighbors.Scope: Currently focused on lost dogs, but Ring plans to include other pets in future updates.

lol Yes, of course. Someone else had him for 2 weeks and couldn't find the owner and couldn't keep him. I believe he had a profile on Pawboost in the past but I have zero idea how to contact anyone about an old resolved issue. His ID is 72259633 on the old post.

Please post on Nextdoor in Cat Owner's group, and Lost and Found Pets group, post on Neighbors app, you don't need a Ring camera to post on Neighbors. Please put up flyers in the neighborhood where the cat was found, file the cat as found with the local animal shelter, you can shelter in place while trying to find its owner. Thank you for posting. It's cold at night,so please put him in a bathroom, or garage with food, water, and a litter box and a box with a towel he can sleep in
