Hans Wilhelm FriedemannI know my great Pyrenees was a lot of work to keep him groomed and that dog is very un groomed so I don’t find it implausible that it was lost for quite a while or that the dog does belong to them

Hans Wilhelm Friedemannand a lot of times they’re abandoned pets. Unless you know the situation, I don’t think you should make assumptions like that.

Terri Crocker actually she has all rights to post. Nobody has an expectation of privacy in public (SCOTUS). Most dogs seen with vagrants are missing or stolen pets!

That’s a great Pyrenees and they don’t like the heat so he’s probably unhappy from being outside, but you have no right to post a dog that you haven’t found yourself as being lost

Beautiful dog I would never let my dogs out. How can anyone just disregard them? I don’t care how big this boy is. He’s beautiful.

What can be done? A portable chip reader can be used but only if the allow it. That would be a start.
