I saw them hunting for rats, I was able to get its attention with the psspss but wasn’t able to get close enough for rescue. Has been seen for the past couple of days.

Can you bring kitty inside to safety, food and water and then take to a vet to scan for chip? The vet may also recognize the kitty and be able to contact its owners. Check with other local vets as well and contact the police. Also post fliers. And beware of bad actors!!! Also keep checking Nextdoor and Pawboost for cats found in and near your zip code.
