Loose dogs sited in Angier!!! Whose babies are these? I was headed to work and these dogs were wandering. They walked from James St and crossed the road in downtown Angier on S Raleigh St and looked like they started to go down W Mclver St. I feel so bad for these loose dogs in this heat wave.
