I think there were a few dumped out there! I meet a farmer out by Bishop, who's husband find a little female ( VET checked ) that looks just like this dog, I took her in, cleaned her up, had fleas, ticks. She's a little skiddish. But coming around, hope people aren't just dumping them, SAD.

You can also post a picture of the baby at the bulletin board at lotton, animal welfare. That's usually the first place. People go to look for their missing. Dogs and if they don't have social media that made the best way for them to find their dog
