My boyfriend found him somewhere between raeford and Lillington surrounded by farms and on a road with 55 mph limit. He doesn’t exactly remember where exactly as he was trying to get him off the road. very friendly not neutered seems very attached and seems hse trained

Update 7/20 Hi all, I contacted the harnett county animal shelter on Friday asking about the holding period. They said that if nobody claims him within 72 hours we can start the adoption process and made an appointment for today. I am out of town but my boyfriend took him to do the adoption process and give him the relevant vaccines. We have decided to give him a loving and caring home. He is such a lovely soul and will be well looked after. 💕

UPDATE: 7/16 We were able to go back to the exact area where he was found today, so I’ve added photos of the location. He was found on NC-210 S near Shawtown Road in Harnett County, Lillington, on a bend in the road surrounded by farmland with a few homes nearby. He is not microchipped, but he is incredibly friendly, house-trained, knows basic commands, and clearly seems like he has belonged to someone.
