I found buddy on a routine walk with my shitzu, at first he was hesitant to approach but when he did I pet him and he decided to follow me home. I know he has an owner because he’s already fixed and had a yellow bandanna around his neck. Buddy is hella sweet and I kinda got attached to him in the past few weeks but I want to find his home asap.
